A Certain Shade of Green

Feverfew ♥ Mutterkraut

The remains of a huge flower bouquet from my favourite flower shop ;-). Two weeks old, but these little flowers still are beautiful. The common feverfew's blossoms (Tanacetum parthenium) are very similar to the flowers of German chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla syn. Chamomilla recutita).

Die Reste eines großen Blumenstraußes von meiner Lieblingsfloristin ;-) Schon zwei Wochen alt, trotzdem sind diese Blümchen immer noch schön. Die Blüten des gemeinen Mutterkrauts ((Tanacetum parthenium) ähneln stark denen der gemeinen oder deutschen Kamille (Matricaria chamomilla syn. Chamomilla recutita).

Ha ha, I have to show you this. Mini, my cat sleeping on my desk between keyboard and monitor.

She's doing this since some time now but today I see her typing while sleeping for the first time :)

I don't know what she is doing while I'm away. So, if you've received an email from me saying something like 'meow... purr... mouse... purr... fish... purr... mice... beautiful mice...' or if you're wondering about my silly comment on your blog, then this was her!!

Oh, I know, I'm late to the party. But there are still weddings to come, so maybe this is still of interest for you.

In the past I've told you about my favourite florist Frauke, about some of her beautiful flower arrangements and about her flower shop. But I forgot to tell you that in May we launched her brand new catalogue. Just before the catalogue was going to print Frauke asked me to take a few photos of some brand new wedding bouquets she and her team had made.
