There are different kinds of citrus. Lemons, limes, oranges, grapefruit, tangerines. I love them all. I'm always on the hunt for recipes which bring out the full citrus flavour, not just the mandatory hint of lemon. Citrus doesn't grow in Germany and this may be the reason why we rarely have a recipe which uses citrus to its full potential.
